صحيفة المرصد - متابعات : يعاني طفلان هنديان من مرض نادر يسبب الترهلات في جلدهما الأمر الذي يجعلهما يبدوان أكبر من سنهما بعشرات السنين.
أصيبت الطفلة أنجالي كوماري (7 سنوات) وشقيقها الصغير كيشاف كوماري (18 شهراً) بحالة صحية فريدة من نوعها تجعلهما يشيخان بسرعة كبيرة.
وشخص الأطباء حالة الطفلين بأنها اضطراب في الجينات الوراثية يؤدي إلى ظهور التجاعيد والترهلات في جسديهما ما يسبب شيخوخة مبكرة لديهما.
ويعيش الشقيقان في مدينة جارخاند مع والدهما شاتروخان (40 عاماً) ووالدتهما رينكي ديفي (35 عاماً) وشقيقتهما الكبرى شيلبي (11 عاماً) والتي لا تعاني من أي حالة صحية مشابهة.
و بحسب موقع "24 الإماراتى" قالت أنجالي لصحيفة "ميل أون لاين": "أعلم بأني مختلفة عن أقراني من الأطفال. وجهي مختلف عن وجوههم، وكذلك جسمي، كل شيء مختلف لدي". وأضافت أنجالي بأنها عادة ما تعاني من التعليقات المسيئة لها من زميلاتها في المدرسة وبعض الأشخاص في الشارع، حيث يطلقون على الطفلة المسكينة ألقاباً مسيئة مثل الجدة، والعجوز الشمطاء، و القردة وهذا يفت في عضد الفتاة ويزيد من معاناتها.
ويأمل والدا الطفلين بأن يجدا علاجاً لحالة طفليهما، ولكن الأطباء في الهند أخبروهما بعدم وجود علاج لهذه الحالة في الهند، وأن عليهما أن يلجئا للسفر إلى الخارج بحثاً عن حل لهذه المشكلة وفق ما ورد في صحيفة الدايلي ميرور البريطانية.
